The War On Drugs announce 2012 UK tour, new single release
Philadelphia’s own and Kurt Vile’s chums, the superb The War On Drugs have announced a headline UK tour set for early next year.
The live dates will see them hit Bristol, Manchester and London, among other cities across the British Isles, during late February/early March 2012.
The full dates are as follows:
February
23 – The Kazimier, Liverpool
24 – Whelan’s, Dublin
26 – Stereo, Glasgow
27 – Sound Control, Manchester
28 – Electric Ballroom, London
29 – Concorde 2, Brighton
March
1 – Thekla, Bristol
Along with this, the fourpiece have also unveiled the release of new single ‘Come To The City’, taken from the brilliant Slave Ambient.
