It’s with great sadness to confirm that The Temptations member Richard Street has passed away.
Street, who was also a member of Detroit soul band The Monitors in the ’60s, joined The Temptations during the early 1970s, remaining in the group until 1993.
USA Today report that Street (pictured, second right) had been working on an autobiography at the time of his death.
The news follows the passing of fellow Temptations member Damon Harris, who died last week at the age of 62.
Our thoughts are with Street’s friends and family at this time.
