Having announced their return after a 5-year absence with the news of their fourth studio effort Port of Morrow, American indie-rock band The Shins are now firmly back in our musical lives and just incase the first taste of the new record ‘Simple Song’ wasn’t enough to excite you, the band have now unveiled the video to ‘September.’ The B-side to ‘Simple Song’, the accompanying footage is charmingly artistic with lyrics that are beautifully incorporated into the delicately spinning vinyl’s and cassettes.
The band will be embarking on an extensive tour this year that kicks off with two dates at London’s HMV Forum on 22 and 23 of March, following the release of the album on 19 March.
