Electronic duo and feminist theory buffs, The Knife made a homage to jailed Russian political group Pussy Riot at their recent appearance at Pukkelpop Festival.
The Swedish outfit performed at the Belgian festival on Saturday (17 August), the one year anniversary of the punk band’s imprisonment. They marked the occasion by dressing up several of their stage show performers as Pussy Riot mermbers, clan with multi-coloured balacavas and ski masks.
You can watch that below. The Knife released recent album, Shaking The Habitual, earlier this year.
