The Kills announce new album Ash & Ice, share lead single "Doing It To Death"
Alison Mosshart and Jamie Hince have announced Ash & Ice, their fifth long-player as The Kills.
The duo have also unveiled their visuals for lead single "Doing It To Death".
Ash & Ice is produced by Hince and John O'Mahony (Metric, The Cribs). A press release states that Hince had to "re-learn how to play guitar with a permanently damaged finger", following five different hand surgeries, and booked himself onto the Trans-Siberian Express to find writing inspiration.
Ash & Ice is out 3 June via Domino. It follows 2011 LP Blood Pressures.
Tickets for their London headline date at the Village Underground on 4 May are on sale 4 March.
