The Isle of Man Festival cancelled due to low ticket sales
The Isle of Man Festival has been cancelled after a supposed “lack of ticket sales”, with the organisers releasing a statement saying that “the risk in pursuing the event would put businesses on and off the Island in jeopardy.”
The festival was due to take place on the 6 July at Noble’s Park, with the line-up including Primal Scream, Johnny Marr, Wretch 32 and Paloma Faith.
This isn’t the first festival that has cancelled in the last two years: earlier this month Bangface Weekender cancelled for different reasons while Hit Festival, The Big Chill and Underage Festival were all cancelled last year.
The Isle of Man Festival are currently working with Wakestock festival to try and arrange a opportunity to swap the Isle of Man tickets for VIP tickets at the Cardigan Bay festival. All information on this and refunds can be found via their Facebook here.
