Following all the April Fools jokes last week, it’s hard to take anything Flaming Lips-related seriously at the moment. But we are ensured this one to be true: Wayne Coyne will indeed pick bands to play Bonnaroo Festival.
Online music platform Sonicbids have launched a contest giving away two slots at the Tennessee to lucky winners, with Coyne judging the competition along with Billboard magazine. Entries cost $10, but bands will be paid $1000 if chosen. Not too bad a deal…
Bonnaroo runs this year from 12-15 June. Find out more info about this contest here.
