The Charlatans share teaser trailer for 'Mountain Picnic Blues' film

The Charlatans share a short trailer for their forthcoming documentary Mountain Picnic Blues – a film focusing on their seminal 1997 album Tellin’ Stories.
Featuring interviews with all band members, Mountain Picnic Blues tells the story of the tragic circumstances surrounding the album’s recording, the completion of which happened in the aftermath of keyboard player Rob Collins’ untimely death in the summer of 1996.
A deluxe, limited edition DVD is available to pre-order from The Charlatans’ official website. The package includes includes bespoke designs, exclusive unreleased photographs on tour with the band in 1997 with a limited number of DVDs being fully signed by the band. There’s also bonus DVD which features a live performance of Tellin’ Stories, recorded last year at Glasgow’s Barrowlands during the album’s 15th anniversary tour last year.
Mountain Picnic Blues is released on March 11.
