The Cardigans' Nina Persson announces solo album, streams single “Animal Heart”

Swedish singer and The Cardigans frontwoman, Nina Persson is set to release her first solo album under her own name.
Animal Heart will be released in the UK come 10 February 2014, with Persson revealing the LP’s title-track in advance of the release.
“The most difficult and maybe also the best thing about going solo is probably all the decisions you make alone,” the singer said of the record. “Somewhere inside, I have a very clear clock, a gut feeling, that says what I think. I have forced myself to just keep going and follow only my gut with this album.”
