Seminal alt. rock troupe The Breeders are teasing new material - presumably it comes from their still-unannounced forthcoming record.
Courtney Barnett was confirmed to appear on the LP - The Breeders first full-length since 2008's Mountain Battles - last year, but everything fell a bit silent. It's only a brief snippet but this is exciting stuff:

Does this mean that we'll see the album before 2017's end? It'd be a nice wintry pick-me-up for sure, and hopefully if they were recorded the album last year then it's wrapped by this point... but we're speculating. Guess we'll just have to wait and find out.
