The Afghan Whigs announce first album in 16 years, Do To The Beast

Ohio group The Afghan Whigs have confirmed their first new album in 16 years, re-signing to Sub Pop for the LP.
The band originally formed in 1986 before splitting up in 2001. 2012 saw their subsequent reunion, with them now readying their follow-up to 1998′s 1965.
Do To The Beast will be released on 15 April in Europe and 16 April in North America. That’s its artwork above.
