The full list of Grammy nominations were expected to be unveiled on Wednesday, but will now be delayed until Friday.
Stereogum report that the delay is to allow room for the funeral and public viewing of former President George H.W. Bush’s funeral, after the BBC reported on his passing over the weekend.
The former President of the US will be buried at a state funeral in Washington on Wednesday, accompanied by memorial events throughout the week.
