Tegan and Sara to play festival on a cruise ship with Paramore

Electro-pop duo, Tegan and Sara will set sail for a festival on a cruise with Paramore, for a boat party being dubbed Parahoy!

More artists are yet to be announced but there will be multiple stages on board enabling fan interactions and artist collaborations and Paramore will be hosting activities such as Q&A sessions across the cruise.

The ship, named the Norwegian Pearl, will be setting off from Miami to an undisclosed location in the Caribbean on 7 March 2014.

Previously, Weezer held their own rock cruise in 2011, and will be holding another in February 2014 with the likes of Cat Power and Toro Y Moi. Mark McGrath had to cancel his music cruise earlier this year due to low ticket sales.
