Who needs curb appeal when your home lists a chart-topping country-pop singer amongst the former residents. Taylor Swift’s former home in Pennsylvania, which had been up for sale since May, was recently purchased.
The real estate agent handling the deal declined to identify the buyer and final buying price. The asking price was $799,500.
The home, a revived six-bedroom mansion located in Wyomissing, was rented by Swift’s parents up until she moved with them to Nashville at age of 14.
The ad mentions a ‘sun-filled study where Swift played guitar’ (onto which she inevitably shed her famous tear drops).
