Taylor Swift praises Griff and Maisie Peters' recreation of "Exile" made in one hour
Taylor Swift has praised Griff and Maisie Peters after they recreated her Folklore Bon Iver collaboration "Exile" in just one hour.
Earlier this week Griff unveiled episode five of her Against The Clock series, a challenge that sees Griff "create, reproduce and reinvent" a song in one hour.
For episode five Maisie Peters joined Griff for the challenge, and at the start of the video Griff says, "We've established that we're both Taylor Swift fans so I think we're gonna try and figure out a Taylor Swift situation."
The duo recreated Swift's "Exile" song from Folklore that features Bon Iver.
This afternoon (17 December) Swift responded to the video, writing, "I’m a huge fan of these two already but seeing them create magic in the studio together just makes me even more excited to hear what they do in the future - absolutely love this, what a gift."
Peters responded shortly after, "wtf thank u evermore is my favourite album of yours ur my biggest inspiration thank u."
