Both Taylor Swift and Carly Simon are two artists not adverse to using breakups as inspiration for new material, so it seemed natural that the pair should share a stage for a joint performance of Simon’s 1972 hit ‘You’re So Vain’.
Swift, whose recent hits includes ‘We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together’, joined Simon in Foxborough, Massachusetts for the rendition.
