Gaining many more Tumblr followers this week for a very unlikely reason, Sufjan Stevens has thought it the right time to share something of a new track via his blog.
Well, we say “new”, it’s actually a long-lost demo of the previously-unreleased ‘Take Me’ – what the musician describes as a “sloppy lo-fi demo I found on an old hard drive”.
“It don’t go nowhere so don’t expect nothing. Love don’t go nowhere so don’t expect nothing. Quadruple negative, yo. Stay Positive,” Stevens writes on his Tumblr.
