Only a couple of weeks ago we were getting all hot under the collar over the double whammy of new jj material and the birth of ceo – Eric Berglund of Sincerely Yours’ new solo project. Today saw the label unveil their newest signing Kendal Johansson.
There’s a certain triumphant quality to the track, even though the pace is that of a snail, it has the same ‘punch the sky’ *vibe* as The Waterboys’ ‘The Whole Of The Moon’… Except this Moon is drenched in lush tropical beats rather than brash Celtic flava.
