Still Corners announce US tour, support Papercuts
After a show stopping performance at TLOBF’s Shhh… Festival last night (photos to follow), Still Corners have revealed details of a US tour in support of their (as yet) unannounced debut single for independent titans Sub Pop. Concentrating on New York and a stint at SXSW before heading out on a seven date tour with fellow Sub Pop-ians Papercuts the chances of them returning home un-triumphant are highly unlikely. With the dizzying praise that’s being heaped on them from both sides of the Atlantic, it’s only a matter of time until the hype machine kicks fully into overdrive and spunks out a goliath sized dose of critical garlands. And, for once in these nonsensical and oft hyperbolic times, it’ll be totally deserved too. They weren’t leading the pack in our recent One’s To Watch list for nothing y’know.
Those dates in full then.
