Music-streaming platform, Spotify are introducing a new content series called Spotify Landmark, a project promising to offer “the story behind the greatest musical moments, told by the folks who made them”.
The first episode focuses on the 20th anniversary of Nirvana’s seminal album In Utero. It was co-produced by Rolling Stone and SPIN journalist Alan Light and is streaming below.
As the creators write in a Spotify blog on the launch: “The show weaves together intimate interviews with artists, producers, industry figures and celebrities to create an ‘aural history’ of legendary albums, concerts and events.”
