Having recently been more active with indie supergroup Divine Fits, Britt Daniel looks to have now reunited with Spoon again for the release of an upcoming new album.
The record will be the band’s eighth and first since 2010′s Transference. You can listen to the snippet of a song in the trailer video below, with the album said to be one week away from completion.
Daniel recently told SPIN that the songs have “slightly more soul than the last record”, as well as being “slightly more R&B”. He added that there’s also some “instrumental songs” on the album.
