Speakers announced for Primavera festival music conference
Barcelona’s Primavera festival have announced the speakers for their sister music conference.
PrimaveraPro is set to run in conjunction with the Spanish showcase from 22-26 May, with industry experts discussing key issues within the music world.
Among those booked to speak are Buzzcocks singer Pete Shelley, The Libertines’ Carl Barat, 4AD’s Simon Halliday, Songkick CEO Ian Hogarth and Glastonbury Festival booker Malcolm Haynes.
Also at the event are the likes of Reverend and The Makers’ Jon McClure and Sean Adams from Drowned In Sound.
The Barcelona festival is set to take place at the city’s Parc del Fòrum, with the likes of Blur, Nick Cave, The Jesus and Mary Chain,Phoenix and The Postal Service among the headline acts.
