Soundwave Croatia 2015 makes first line-up announcement
Croatia's Soundwave festival returns in 2015 for its seventh year, and along with a few changes, has announced the first wave of acts.
Taylor McFerrin, Alice Russell, Mala, DJ Marky, LTJ Bukem, Fatima, Channel One Soundsystem and Alexander Nut have all been confirmed.
There will also be a full film programme for the first time, showcasing independant and Croatian cinema in an outdoor environment. Another fresh element being introduced next year is an ambitious art project, which, according to a press release, will see "street artists, mural artists and illustrators from across Croatia and the rest of Europe will be invited to transform the walls of apartments and buildings across the festival site into living, evolving pieces of art."
Donkey Racing, presumable exactly what it sounds like, will also be at the 2015 event.
Soundwave Festival Croatia will take place 6-10 August 2015. It has shifted weekends by a small amount, now taking place at the beginning of August instead of July.
