Slime soundtracks a hot dog's journey through the countryside, announces debut show
With his debut album Company about to drop, Slime (AKA Will Archer) has shared the cinematic video for lead track "Hot Dog", and announced his debut live show.
Lingering shots and languishing melodies introduce the video, as the camera follows a human hot dog on a lone venture along sprawling scenery, past painted houses, and through a picturesque sunset. The entire clip somehow wouldn't look out of place framed above a fireplace, which just adds to the surrealism.
Following his album release, Slime will perform his debut show at London's Hoxton Courtyard Theatre on 2 September. Tickets are on sale now.
Company is released 14 August via Domino imprint Weird World.
