Sleaford Mods announce self-titled EP, share lead track "Stick in a Five & Go"
Nottingham's electronic punk duo Sleaford Mods are back with news of a self-titled EP that comes with the lead single "Stick in a Five & Go".
Following on from their seventh album English Tapas that arrived last year, Sleaford Mods are back with news of a self-titled EP that'll span five tracks.
The EP Sleaford Mods comes with their lead single "Stick in a Five & Go" which is a chugging, minimalist track that returns their punchy sound.
One half of the duo, Jason Williamson, explains their new EP further, “The lead tracks are mostly full of violent tendencies that only transpire through imagination. People are powerless under the political monster and the intense anger and frustration morphs into illusions of attacking each other through the bravado of social media, depression and paranoia.”
