Soho record shop Sister Ray have announced that they’ll be opening a branch at Shoreditch’s Ace Hotel later this month.
As CMU reports, the Berwick Street store will launch a vinyl-only shop at the hip hotel-come-venue on 29 July, kicking off with an instore gig and launch party.
“Vinyl has become the format of choice for real music fans and the timing is right for a trusted guide such as Sister Ray to open a second store,” says new investor Tony Wadsworth of the news.
The news follows that of Rough Trade opening a new branch in Nottingham.
