Sigúr Ros to headline Bristol Summer Series
Sigur Rós are one of the four headliners at this year's Bristol Summer Series taking place in June.
James Bay, The Last Shadow Puppets, and Catfish and The Bottlemen will also headline nights at the city's Lloyds Amphitheatre.
The Icelandic post-rock legends are returning to Bristol for the first time in nine years as they spend the year road testing material for their next record.
Bristol Summer Series organiser Bob Angus says of this year's lineup:
“Bristol Summer Series is going from strength to strength, it’s exciting to be hosting concerts of two current BRIT Award winners. With his own BRIT Awards emoji, James Bay has taken England by storm with his Chaos and the Calm album debuting at No.1 on the Official Album Charts. We’re also incredibly proud to be the reason Sigur Rós returns to Bristol for the first time in nine years..."
Tickets for all shows are on sale from 10am 18 March.
