Sigur Ros confirm new album release for May
Since last November’s release of Inni, a DVD-CD combo of their live performances in London, speculation over the band’s hiatus have been circulating. But now, Sigur Ros have released details of their sixth studio album, Valtari, due out on May 28. Whether or not any tracks will be released ahead of time is yet to be seen. The Icelandic four-piece will return to the UK after four years to play September’s Bestival, as well as numerous festivals around the world. Bestival will take place on September 6-9 in the Isle of Wight. For more information, head over to www.bestival.net.
