
Shame to drop new Born In Luton Remixes EP this week
Shame have announced they'll be dropping their Born In Luton Remixes EP later this week, and have unveiled an Austin Brown (Parquet Courts) remix titled "Maximum Security".
The "Maximum Security" remix of Shame's Dunk Tank Pink track "Born in Luton" by Austin Brown of Parquet Courts is the first of five remixes that will feature onn Shame's upcoming remix EP, which is dropping in full on Friday (23 July).
Parquet Courts' Austin Brown said of the remix, "They’re gonna have to reopen the Hacienda for this one. Inspired by Ron Hardy’s Chicago Music Box and Belgian New Beat, this is one for the promo bin to all your fav DJs for their online radio streams and 2am playlist slots on CDJs worldwide for covid-free club summer."
Pelada, dj dairy (black midi), PVA and Glows will contribute the other remixes of Shame's "Born in Luton" track to the five-song EP.
