The fifth annual Secret 7" exhibition now has headliners, including Sir Anish Kapoor, Sir Paul Smith, Jenny Holzer, and more.

George Hardie, Gavin Turk, Cheryl Dunn, Thierry Noir, Marina Willer, Tom Dixon, Nathalie Du Pasquier, Bob & Roberta Smith, Anthony Burrill, Rob Ryan, Jean Jullien, Abraham Cruzvillegas, Juno Calypso, Frank Bowling, Anthony Lister, and musician Stuart Murdoch are also confirmed for the event.

All the artists - plus hundreds more - have designed unique sleeves for this year's seven tracks: John Lennon's "Imagine", "At Last" by Etta James, "Dream 3" by Max Richter, The Jam's "Art School", Tame Impala's "The Less I Know The Better", "Clearest Blue" by CHVRCHES, and "Worry" by BBC Sound Of winner Jack Garratt. Secret 7" presses 100 copies of each for a total of 700 one-of-a-kind sleeves.

This year's Secret 7" exhibition takes place at Sonos Studio, London from 8 April until 1 May.

The sleeves will be sold for £50 each - no matter the designer - on 2 May, will all proceeds donated to Amnesty International. Buyers will be unable to find out who their purchased sleeve is by until after they've bought the 7".

As well as the traditional exhibition and sale, Secret 7" and Sonos Studio are hosting two events with Max Richter and Tom Vek. On 19 April, the former will explore his immersive, ambitious concept LP Sleep during a sleepover, and on 21 April the latter will "delve into the significance of sleeve artwork... and its future in the digital age - through a curated panel discussion."
