Seasick Steve announces new record Sonic Soul Surfer and 2015 UK tour
Blues singer-songwriter Seasick Steve has announced details of a new album called Sonic Soul Surfer, and a UK tour to support its release.
The album's due in March next year, and Steve will follow it with a set of shows in Britain, including a massive show at the Hammersmith Apollo.
Speaking about his seventh LP, Steve said:
“The whole record is mostly me and Dan [Magnusson, drummer] sitting there drinking and playing... there ain’t a whole lot of producing going on! But I know what I’m doing and I know what I want.”
The album will also feature Luther Dickinson, Georgia Leach and Ben Miller on various instruments.
