Seams announces new 'Sleeper' EP, set to re-release 'Tourist'
It’s the news we’ve all been waiting to hear ’round these parts ever since Seams announced he signed to Full Time Hobby. But thankfully, the wait is finally over, and this just in that the release in question will be a double EP whammy.
The Berlin-based musician’s Tourist EP, that came out on cassette previously, will finally see a full release alongside new short-player Sleeper.
The electronic producer otherwise known as Jami Welch had this tidbit to say:
“‘Tourist’ was made when I was living in Berlin, it’s a summer record, light and airy, lots of field recordings. ‘Sleeper’ was made almost a year later back home in my bedroom in Hampshire, with the aim being to make it to sound more personal, and a bit darker and claustrophobic.”
Sleeper / Tourist will drop 30 July via Full Time Hobby on snazzy 12″ vinyl and, of course, as a digital download as well.
