Has Field Day 2012 birthed a possible collaboration? Perhaps Grimes and Beirut? Or Franz Ferdinand hooking up with Jessie Ware?
Well, not that bizarre but it looks like SBTRKT and Modeselektor could be working together on something forthcoming. According to tweets between the two electronic outfits, they appear to be in the early ideas stage of a future collab possibly set up at yesterday’s festival.

Berlin-based duo Modeselektor produced a stellar headline show at the Bugged Out tent last night, while SBTRKT also featured on the same stage delivering what Modeselektor called a “killer set”.
