Savages frontwoman Jehnny Beth and Julian Casablancas of The Strokes have teamed up for a new track.
The track is "BOY-GIRL", a cover of Sort Sol and Lydia Lunch's 1984 song. It's being released as a 7" on 18 December by Pop Noire and Cult Records.
Casablancas says of the track: “I had never heard the song before and still have no idea what the hell the words are talking about. It sounds like a Danish dude trying to sound like he’s saying English sounding words”.
Savages will release eagerly anticipated second record Adore Life on 22 January.
