Ryan Adams contributes tracks to new Judd Apatow movie
Ryan Adams has submitted live recordings of two of his tracks to an upcoming Judd Apatow movie.
One of the tracks in question is called ‘Shine Through The Dark’ and will feature on the soundtrack for new film This Is 40.
The song was originally recorded last year for charity compilation Live From Nowhere Near You, but the Knocked-Up director was so fond of it that he asked for it to be featured in his new flick, which is set to be a “sort of sequel” to the aforementioned movie.
The other track is called ‘Lucky Now’ and will join the likes of Yoko Ono, Paul McCartney and Paul Simon, who will also contribute songs to the film.
