Rolling Stones “not booked for Coachella 2013″
The Rolling Stones claim they haven’t been approached to headline this summer’s Coachella festival.
The legendary band have been widely-rumoured for the California event, but say they have yet to be in touch with organisers.
Mick Jagger has, however, admitted there’s a whole host of other offers already on the table.
The group told their official website:
“There have been quite a few offers. I’m going to see what’s on the table and discuss it with everyone. We’ll announce it when we’ve figured it out.”
Last month, Songkick sent an email listing the band as headliners for the 2013 event, but have since rejected this as a data entry error.
UPDATE: Coachella have now posted a picture of a rolling stone on their Facebook page. Get the feeling you’re being trolled?
