Rolling Stone Magazine make Boston Marathon bomber Jahar Tsarnaev their cover star
American music and popular culture magazine, Rolling Stone have revealed their latest issue – with Boston Marathon bomb suspect Jahar Tsarnaev as the cover star.
The bi-weekly publication is known for its mix of entertainment content as well as more political-leaning pieces, with Barack Obama recently depicted on the front page, but even so this is still something of a bold, and perhaps controversial move.
The 3 August dated issue sees contributing editor Janet Reitman give an in-depth look at the life of the young terror suspect, detailing his childhood, his religious beliefs and what may have provoked the supposed attacks.
You can check out the cover photo below and find out more about the issue over at the Rolling Stone website.
