Robert Glasper teases Black Radio 3 with new D Smoke and Tiffany Gouché collab "Shine"
Grammy-winning artist and producer Robert Glasper has unveiled new track "Shine" featuring D Smoke and Tiffany Gouché as another glimpse of his highly-anticipated Black Radio 3 album.
Robert Glasper started teasing the third instalment of his Black Radio 3 album series last August with "Better Than I Imagined" featuring H.E.R. and Meshell Ndegeocello, and today (7 October) a second track from the record has been unveiled.
The new single, titled "Shine", sees the Grammy-winning artist team up with Inglewood's D Smoke and Tiffany Gouché.
Glasper says of the collaboration, "I was so happy to collaborate with D Smoke on this song. He's definitely one of the leading voices in today’s new generation of hip hop. He has his feet planted in the soil of real music and comes from a family of amazing musicians and artists. That being said, also shout out to Tiffany Gouché, his cousin who’s on the song as well. We want to see everybody shine."
Although details of Black Radio 3 are yet to be announced, the record will follow 2013's Black Radio 2.
