
Rihanna teases new song coming "soon" while celebrating Anti spending five years on Billboard chart
Rihanna has got fans ridiculously hyped after teasing the possibility of a new song coming "soon" while celebrating Anti becoming the first album by a Black female artist to spend five years on the Billboard 200 chart.
Last night (24 March) Rihanna celebrated a new milestone by becoming the first Black female artist to have an album spend five years on the Billboard 200 chart.

Her Anti album was released in January 2016, and in the five years since then fans have been pressing Rihanna to release new music. Although she did make an appearance on PARTYNEXTDOOR's "Believe It" back in March last year, the star is yet to release her own new music.
In the comments on her latest Instagram post, one fan wrote, "celebrate by releasing a song !!" Rihanna responded, "I think I should [soon]." In a second reply, Rihanna added, "just 1 tho lol."

Although Rihanna has been busy with her Fenty brands over the past few years, in December 2020 she did reveal during an interview with Closer that she's "always working on my music".
