Public Image Ltd (aka PiL), Johnny Rotten’s quite literally post-punk venture after Sex Pistols, will reissue their 1978 debut this June.
Entitled First Issue, the LP will drop on 18 June via Light in the Attic Records. It’s the first time the release has ever come out in the States.
The record will be re-released as a double LP/CD affair, with bonus tracks, a BBC interview with Lydon and even some stickers thrown in for good measure.
PiL will also be re-releasing their debut single, handily named just ‘Public Image’, come Record Store Day on 20 April.
That’s the artwork to their debut album above.
