Prince to play London shows, including gig in Lianne LaHavas' living room
Following rumours of an upcoming UK tour, it’s been announced that Prince will play a series of London shows shortly- one taking place in singer Lianne LaHavas’ living room.
A press release reads: “Prince is planning to play iconic venues in and around London starting Feb 3rd. The first stop is the living room of London’s own- Lianne LaHavas.”
It continues: “The 24-year-old singer-songwriter met Prince last year during LaHavas’ tour of America. They jammed together at Prince’s Paisley Park Studio in Minneapolis and have kept in touch ever since. When Prince told Lianne he was coming to London to launch his new project, Ms.LaHavas jokingly offered her flat as the location for the press conference.”
