Prince releases new single “The Breakdown”

News surfaced yesterday of a possible new Prince album in the works, and now the musician has followed it up with a brand new track.
“The Breakdown” is available now via iTunes, following Prince’s new licensing deal with Warner Bros. It’s also emerged that a 30th anniversary edition of Purple Rain will be released later this year.
