Following rumours a few weeks back, The Postal Service look set to reform in 2013.
The band, fronted by Death Cab’s Ben Gibbard, released their debut album back in 2003 in the form of Give Up, with fans waiting and speculating ever since if a follow-up would surface.
As recent as November 2012, Gibbard had stated that he has “no plans” to produce another Postal Service record.
However, the duo (consisting also of producer Jimmy Tamborello of Dntel) have today updated their website with the above image.
UPDATE: Billboard confirm that The Postal Service will release a 10 year anniversary edition of Give Up next month, as well as citing rumours that the band will play Coachella.
