Portishead keen to crack on with new album

The Guardian music blog have reported that Geoff Barrow is keen for Portishead to “bang on” with their fourth album.
Apparently Barrow is writing through “July and August” now that they’ve penned a new record deal. The music is going to follow the style of their excellent charity single ‘Chase The Tear’ that was released in December.
