A new song called "AP" from the late rapper Pop Smoke has been released today (26 February), and will appear on the soundtrack for new film Boogie, which Pop Smoke makes his acting debut in.

Just over a year on from Pop Smoke's death, a new track from the rapper has been released.

Titled "AP", the latest Pop Smoke cut is lifted from the soundtrack for new film Boogie that's directed by Eddie Huang.

Boogie, according to the IMDB synopsis, is a "coming-of-age story of Alfred "Boogie" Chin, a basketball phenom living in Queens, New York, who dreams of one day playing in the NBA."

The film, which stars Taylor Takahashi as Alfred "Boogie" Chin, will also star Pop Smoke as Monk, marking his first acting role.

Pop Smoke's "AP" track is out now. Boogie is yet to get a UK release date.
