Police found guns and drugs on Juice WRLD's jet before he died
Police have confirmed that they found drugs and guns on Juice WRLD's private jet before he died on Sunday morning (8 December).
Juice WRLD died aged 21 on Sunday morning after suffering from a seizure shortly after landing at Chicago's Midway airport.
According to the BBC, police were waiting for the plane before it landed after being tipped-off that there were illegal substances onboard.
The singer/rapper apparently suffered a seizure while the police were searching the plane.
Police uncovered 41 "vacuum-sealed" bags of marijuana, six bottles of codeine cough syrup, two 9mm pistols, a .40-caliber pistol, metal-piercing bullets, and a high-capacity ammunition magazine.
The Guardian reports that the federal agents administered Narcan, a medication used to block the effects of opioids, after Juice WRLD's girlfriend had said he had been taking Percocet, an opioid painkiller.
An autopsy carried out on Juice WRLD has proved inconclusive. The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office will conduct additional studies to find his cause of death.
