British singer-songwriter and two-time Mercury Prize winner, PJ Harvey is set to guest-edit BBC Radio 4 during December.
Along with Michael Palin, MI5 Director General Eliza Manningham Buller, internet pioneer Sir Tim Berners Lee and Barclays Chief Executive Antony Jenkins, Harvey will help set the station’s agenda between 26-31 December.
Harvey released her most recent album Let England Shake back in 2011. Earlier this year she streamed a new song called “Shaker Aamer”, inspired by a Guantánamo Bay detainee.
The singer was also recently appointed a MBE in this year’s Queen’s Birthday Honours List.
