PINS are working with Iggy Pop
Manchester rockers PINS tease a collaboration with punk icon Iggy Pop and announce plans for a spring 2017 UK tour.
The quintet will begin their live trek in Cardiff on 10 April before finishing up with a hometown show at the White Hotel on 22 April. More dates "TBA".
As well as the new performance plans, PINS have confirmed that they're in the studio working on the follow up to last year's storming Wild Nights LP - and that the legendary Iggy Pop is involved.
"I've got a session with a bunch of girls from Manchester called PINS," Pop reveals. "They sent me a good song and they're looking for a narration in it, and I liked their music and their picture, so I'm doing that."
You can pre-order the results of that session - "Aggrophobe" - now on a limited edition 7" due out on 31 January.
A new EP from PINS is expected "soon".
