Hook will perform with new band The Light at Christ Church in Macclesfield on 18 May.
The show, named So This Is Permanence, will run through Joy Division's seminal releases Unknown Pleasures, Control and Still, in the order they are on the albums.
A statement on Hook's official website explains the show, and you can read it here.
There will be 470 tickets available for the gig, and they will be onsale tomorrow (25 March) at 9am, from here.
