Omar Souleyman readies new album and UK tour
Sublime Frequencies have announced details of Omar Souleyman’s third Western collection on disc. To be released on May 11th, Jazeera Nights, distils his 15 years of music making. From the frenzied Syrian Dabke (a regional folkloric dance and party music) to Iraqi Choubi and a host of Arabic, Kurdish and Turkish styles.
